Rep. Ann Peoples is serving her first term in the House of Representatives. She is a member of the Committee on Transportation and requested that assignment to be able to focus on improving public transportation infrastructure as well as the transportation needs of Westbrook and all of Maine.

Peoples served the city of Westbrook for many years as a member of the City Council and the Planning Board.

She lives in Westbrook with her husband Patrick. They have five children and five grandchildren.
